DOLLAR NURSERY SCHOOL MANAGER

I would like to welcome you to Dollar Nursery School in the picturesque town of Dollar. My name is Carolyn Riddle and I am the owner and manager of the nursery, having taken over in 2012.

My background as a former primary school head teacher has given me the grounding to develop Dollar Nursery School into a facility of excellence for children aged 0-12 years. I firmly believe in learning through experience and this will be the principle upon which all of our philosophies throughout the nursery will be based.

I believe it is vital for us to work with parents to ensure our child-centred approach to learning is a partnership.

STAFFING

Each room has experienced, qualified members of staff as well as support workers. 

We have a range of outside agencies who work with us at Dollar Nursery School as well as organised activities within the local community:

• Monday: Library Visit (0-5's- AM), Forest Time (2's- AM), Spanish (3-5's PM)
• Tuesday: Forest Time (Babies - AM), Italian (3-5's PM) 
• Wednesday: Forest Time (3-5's- AM)
• Thursday: Learning Together (Babies & 3-5's- PM) 
• Friday: 

       *Library visits will take place every other week.
